Delivery
We ship pan-India from our Hosur warehouse. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, most pincodes receive it within 2 to 3 business days; more remote or rural areas may take a little longer depending on the courier partner covering that route.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, call us at +91 94886 53046 or message us on WhatsApp with your order details as soon as possible — the sooner you reach us, the more likely we can still stop it before it ships.
Returns
Because of the nature of the product, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order details — we will sort out a replacement or resolution. Hosurcrackers makes the final call on damage and replacement claims.
Payment on delivery
As per the Supreme Court of India’s order, we do not accept payment through this website. Every order is treated as an enquiry until our team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it and arrange payment before dispatch. Cash on Delivery is not available.
