These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hosurcrackers website and any order you place through it. By using this website you agree to these Terms — please read them before you order.
1. Statutory notice
As per the Supreme Court of India’s order restricting the online sale of firecrackers, Hosurcrackers does not sell fireworks or accept payment online. Every order submitted through this website is treated as an enquiry only. Our team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm quantities and arrange payment before anything is dispatched. Buyers are solely responsible for complying with local laws on the storage, transport and bursting of fireworks.
2. Placing an order
Submitting a cart on this website is a request to buy, not a confirmed sale. We reserve the right to adjust or decline any enquiry — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or your order does not meet the minimum order value (₹2,500 within Tamil Nadu, ₹4,000 outside Tamil Nadu). Product photos and descriptions are provided in good faith; actual packaging or box art may vary slightly from what is shown.
3. Payment
No payment is collected through this website. Once our team has confirmed your order, payment is arranged with you directly, before your order is dispatched.
4. Shipping
We ship across India from our Hosur warehouse. Delivery windows given on the site and by our team are estimates — we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier network, weather, or incorrect address details supplied at checkout.
5. Returns, damage & refunds
Given the nature of the product, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once an order has shipped. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, tell us within 48 hours with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or resolution at our discretion. Where a refund is agreed, it is settled directly with you using the same means you paid.
6. Safety & your responsibilities
Fireworks must be used with care. Follow the instructions printed on every product, keep water on hand, burst crackers only in open outdoor areas away from people, vehicles and buildings, and never let children handle fireworks unsupervised. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply in your own state or district.
7. Intellectual property
Text, photos and branding on this website belong to Hosurcrackers or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Third-party trademarks shown on packaging remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hosurcrackers’ liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts serving Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
