How do I actually place an order?
Add the crackers you want to your cart and submit the order from the site. That is not a completed sale — it is an enquiry. Our team reviews it and reaches out to you directly to finalise everything.
Can I pay online?
No. As per the Supreme Court of India’s order restricting the online sale of firecrackers, we do not accept any online payment on this website — no cards, UPI or net banking. Once our team confirms your order by phone or WhatsApp, payment is arranged directly with you before dispatch.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes — ₹2,500 for delivery within Tamil Nadu, and ₹4,000 for orders shipping outside the state.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as it has not already been dispatched. Call or WhatsApp us as soon as possible — we usually process orders within a couple of hours of confirmation, so the sooner you reach out, the more room we have to adjust it.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in India. Stock leaves our Hosur warehouse and reaches most locations within 2 to 5 business days of dispatch; remote or rural pincodes can take a little longer depending on our courier partner in that area.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
No, COD is not offered. Payment is confirmed with our team before your order ships.
Products & Returns
Where do your crackers come from?
Straight from established manufacturing units in Sivakasi — we buy directly, which is how we can offer factory pricing instead of a retail markup.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Let us know right away with photos of the damage. Depending on the product, our team will arrange a replacement or resolve it — final decisions on damage claims rest with Hosurcrackers.
Can I return a product I am not happy with?
Standard returns are not available once fireworks leave our warehouse, but if something arrives wrong or damaged we will make it right — get in touch and our team will guide you through it.
